Brined and Barbecued Turkey
with Pan Gravy
Prep time: 30 minutes
Marinating time: 18 to 24 hours
Grilling time: 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 hours
Brine
2 quarts apple juice
1 cup kosher salt
2 tablespoons dried rosemary
2 tablespoons dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried sage
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

These new seasonings from Weber are great!
I tried the “Smoky Mesquite” on some stakes and pork chops this afternoon. Very nice. An easy way to ad big flavor fast! I can’t wait to try the other varieties.
